Linda Faulkner believes there’s nothing worse than attending a boring presentation–unless it’s listening to the sound of her own voice for hours on end. For these reasons, she has three goals when making any presentation:
- The audience must participate
- The audience must enjoy itself
- Each participant must leave the presentation with some piece of information he or she didn’t have before attending and must walk away with a valuable tool or insight
