This course is approved for 1 hour of CE in Montana and addresses some of the major changes to MCA, Title 33 that were codified as a result of the 2009 Legislative Session. The Division of Insurance requires insurance producers, adjusters, and consultants to comply with continuing education requirements, specifically concerning changes in Montana insurance statutes and administrative rules. This course is approved for all adjusters and producers, including limited lines credit and surety bail bond producers.
