Montana CE

We offer two computer-based courses for Montana producers and adjusters; clicking on a course name will provide you with course details:

  1. 2009 Insurance Legislative Changes (approved for 1 hour of CE credit; course expires on June 22, 2012)
  2. Avoiding Errors & Omissions Claims (approved for 3 hours of CE credit; course expires on June 22, 2012)

These courses are available for purchase online and electronic delivery.  You must pass an exam to receive CE credit for the course and your exam must be monitored by an impartial third party.  You may not refer to your CE course, or other resources, when taking your exam.

When you purchase a computer-based course, we will email you the course in a PDF document, along with instructions for completing your course and taking your exam.  We will also include a monitor affidavit and a confirmation number so you can request and obtain your exam once you complete the course.  The course expiration date appears on the Course Information page included with your instructions; you must take and return your completed exam to us before the date shown on the Course Information page.

We will grade your exam within 48 business hours of receiving it.  If you wish to request RUSH grading of your exam, you must make your request in advance and pay a RUSH fee of $15 before we send you the exam.  We cannot guarantee our ability to grade your exam on a rush basis unless you call ahead to obtain a rush confirmation number.

Once you have completed and passed your exam, we will email you a Course Completion Certificate along with a notice that you’ve passed.  If you fail the exam, we will send you another exam without additional cost.

You must choose a disinterested third party to monitor you while you take your exam.  The monitor cannot be a person related to you by blood, marriage, or adoption; your employer, employee, business partner, or anyone else who would benefit from you passing the exam; or a person who is financially dependent upon you.  Your monitor will be required to complete an affidavit indicating he or she meets the requirements detailed above and including his or her legal name, home address, home telephone number, and employer.

Each PDF course document is protected by U.S. Copyright law and may not be photocopied, scanned, faxed, or reproduced in any fashion, nor may one of our CE courses be given to anyone else for any purpose.

When purchasing your computer-based course, payment must be made via PayPal with your credit or debit card; you do not need a PayPal account to make payment.  PayPal will send you an email with a link to their secure website for making payment.  No refunds will be issued once courses have been emailed to you.

Visit our Store page if you’d like to purchase one or more computer-based courses–or make your purchase directly from the page outlining the details of each course.
